Filtration
For filtration, Superfil delivers monofilaments from a range of polymers such as PA6, PA66, PA6.10, PA11, PP, HDPE, PET, PBT etc., depending upon the application and customer requirements. Various grades of yarns, based on stress- strain characteristics, elongation at break, intermediate elongation, and shrinkage are offered. Special grades such as HMLS, Thermally Stabilized, Hydrolysis Resistant, Abrasion Resistant, Anti Microbial, etc., are also produced as per specific requirements.
Variety of packages are offered to suit customers’ process. Twisted monofilaments with precise characteristic post twisting are the distinguished features of Superfil’s twisted monofilaments which are offered for specific end use.(Particularly for manufacturing PMF)

Special requirements such as thermally stabilized filaments, special large packages, specific DPF requirements etc., are also offered as per customer needs. Special Thermoplastic Elastomers with specific core hardness, consistent characteristics, and colours are delivered to this segment in special packages for Automotive fabrics.
Narrow width Fabrics

Several polymer types are offered for this segment. PA6. PA66, PET, PBT, PP, etc to name a few. Special filaments for low noise applications, and flame retardant application are also offered. Special colours are offered for specific requirements.
Zip Fasteners
PET monofilament is the product from Superfil for this application. Superior gauge consistency, controlled shrinkage at various process temperatures etc., are the factors that customers have come to expect from Superfil’s monofilaments for this application.
